1. Brief Introduction of EZCNC Router MW Series Machine Machines

Ezletter CNC Router MW Series is a machine combine gear rack driving and the lastest Hybird Servo Technology. Comparing with some common stepping servo system, it won't lose the steps but will ensure the accurate location of motor. At the meanwhile, the cutting speed will be improved 30% and vibration of motor will be decreased apparently. MW series adopt self-innovated EZLETTER controller system with gantry axis function, and U-disk, and network DNC can connect the machine. Generally, it is a professional, satisfactory, high performance-cost CNC Router.

EZCNC Router MW Series Machine features:

1.Driving System
EZ MW Series used dual servo motor working in the X direction, due to this equipment, motivation and efficiency will be improved. Due to the servo motor would keep balance when the machine is working, so we are sure that the X axis and Y axis will maintain verticality. The Z axis was made of Ballscrew for high precision. By the sides of Z axis, we used two ball bearings to support to the ballscrew. Having run some test, we can make a promise that the bearings must be kept parallel to the linear guides.

2.Helical Rack and pinion
EZ MW Series adopts Taiwan Yintai precision rack, helical gear has the characteristics of high engagement and rigidity, which is faster than the traditional straight guides , the noise is small. The mixed servo drive system is adopted to reduce the vibration and can show high quality.

3.Italy HSD Spindle

4.EZLETTER Controller
MW ATC-Series Machine developed EZletter CNC Controller System with its own intellectual property right. EZLETTER CNC CONTROLLER is a double CPU control system. All the functions are integrated in the graphical keypad. EZ system support reliable protection of high precision, high stability, high quality for our CNC Routers. We could create some perfect machine with this system.

5.Linear Automatic Tools changer
Normally, MW Series choose linear automatic tool changer and it can contain six kinds of knives. It can change the knife automatically when it receive orders, convenient and quick, even focus in some complicate situations. The ATC would save much time in tools changing. Then, we add dust cap on the equipment, dust will be isolated to the knife, and the durability of knife will be expanded. Considering some situation of tools collision, this equipment was installed a reliable air collision avoidance system.

6.Auto Calibrate Tool Sensor
Auto calibrate tool sensor, it can write all tool parameters into the system through automatically calibrate and save much time comparing with traditional manual calibration. It could make knife be precise of 0.01 mm.

7.Vacuum table
Vacuum system can absorb materials on the table surface, comparing to the traditional manual clamping, it will improve production efficiency. The material is adsorbed on the operation table, the middle of the material will not appear shifting. At the meanwhile, each partition can be a separate control, the seal was made from special materials with waterproof and oil Features.

8.Mist System
There is a mist system in MW Series, we can spray oil or air through adjusting valve, this is a great way to lubricate our knives and expand Durability.

9.Software
MW Series can work through some software which will output G code, for example : Wentai engraving software, Jingdiao engraving software, Type3, ArtCAM, AlphaCAM, AutoCAD, Cimatron, MasterCAM, Enrouter. According to the customers requirement, we also can support V-Carve Pro software service.

10.EYECUT Cutting System (Option)
When you process lots of the same pattern, you can ues Eye-cut system. It can automatically find edges and cut various complex patterns.
EZ Eye-cut cutting system is the perfect application advanced machine vision technology in CNC routers. ImagingSource Camera from Germany, Computer MegaPixel lens from Japan, network transmission, which makes us to find point faster and make the accurate cutting.Fagor and Ezletter Controlller can be uesd together with eye-cut system.

11.Oscillating Knife (Option)

It can cut soft material like Carpet, felt and other material.
