1. Brief Introduction of EZBender-Classic

   Ezbender-Classic is the bending machine with full functions for channel letters. It can be used to fabricate the 3D LED signs with Aluminum, Galvanized steel and Stainless steel etc. It has the special functions of notching and flanging for Aluminum. All the functions of auto feeding, auto slotting, auto notching, auto flanging and auto bending are controlled by the computer. Feeding material from one side, the signs will be got from the other side of the machine. And all the functions can be selected freely according to different material. The 3-phase AC servo motors and the hydraulic station has been used to provide the power. The machine is with the features of fast speed, high precision, strong and powerful. With the Ezletter software developed by ourselves, it's easy to learn and use. This machine is the most important equipment for you to made high end LED signs.

 

Mechanical part
1. The steel plate welding frame is adopted, and the table top is made of 10mm super flat aluminum plate;
2. The foot adopts universal heavy-duty foot, which is easy to move;
3. The coil material rack adopts a self-rotating design, and the table surface of the material rack is made of ultra-flat aluminum plate;

Electrical parts
1. Use imported flexible cables;
2. Other components in the electric cabinet adopt imported brands such as ABB, FINDER, WAGO, etc.
3. Using imported servo motor and drive, it saves more space and has more stable performance, and the power of the servo motor in the bending part is twice that of the ordinary bending machine, with large force and fast speed;

Control System
1. It adopts self-developed EZLETTER software and has its own intellectual property rights, which can be modified according to customer requirements.
2. The operation is simple, as long as you import the completed DXF file into the EZLETTER software, the EZLETTER software will automatically calculate the position to be grooved, bent, and the bending angle, and then automatically process it.
3. The software can be compatible with a variety of design software (coreldraw, Wentai, type3, Flixsign, artcam, etc.).
4. Direct computer control (the customer needs to provide a desktop computer, the monitor is separated from the host, and the motherboard has a spare PCI slot);

1. Automatic leveling and feeding, using encoder feedback system, feeding more accurate;
2. Automatically slotting at a straight and right-angled place, and then bend after opening the groove to make the right-angle straighter;
3. The depth of the groove can be adjusted according to the thickness of the material;
4. Able to automatically bend and round according to the shape of the vector diagram;
5. It can be automatically broken at the cut place;
6. Slotting depth accuracy: +/-0.02mm;
7. You can select the required functions or block the unwanted functions according to customer needs
8. Dedicated material rack;
9. Added a one-click expansion function for the surrounding characters of landscape characters, inclined characters, curved characters, and special-shaped characters.
10. It has the function of folding and cutting teeth. It can be selected when processing aluminum coil less than 1.2mm, which is suitable for European and American production process;
11. The thickness of aluminum coil can be up to when the function of folding and cutting teeth is not used 2mm;
12. The thickness of aluminum coil can reach all the functions when the function of folding and cutting teeth is not used, which can be freely selected and combined according to different materials.
